Matt Watson is a four-time tech founder and the CEO of Full Scale. He started his career as a developer and has spent more than 20 years as a founder and CTO. He co-founded VinSolutions, which he sold for over $150 million, and then ran Stackify, a developer tools company whose product ran inside thousands of engineering teams. Since 2018, Matt has built Full Scale into a team of 700+ engineers working inside U.S. companies, including AMC Theatres. He's the author of Product Driven and hosts the Startup Hustle and Product Driven podcasts. He's based in Kansas City.
